Yes. Choose the level that feels comfortable, or switch heat off and use massage alone.
Can I use it on other areas?
It's shaped for the neck and shoulders. Many people also use it on the lower back — always at a comfortable intensity.
Is it safe to use every day?
Follow the included instructions and keep sessions to the built-in timer. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or use a pacemaker, check with your doctor before use.
How do I clean it?
Switch it off and unplug it, then wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth. Never submerge it in water.
How does the 30-day trial work?
